Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the India AI Awards, all applicants (“Participants”) agree to the following terms. Submission of a nomination implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, including any future amendments by the Awards Management. Participants are encouraged to regularly check the official website for updates.

2. Modifications & Amendments
The Awards Management reserves the right to modify the Terms, eligibility criteria, award categories, submission process, or evaluation mechanisms at its sole discretion without prior notice.

3. Jury & Evaluation Process
All entries will be reviewed by an independent Jury Panel. The Jury’s decisions on qualification, recategorization, or disqualification are final and binding. Jury members may request additional information or clarifications from participants if required. No correspondence or challenge regarding jury decisions will be entertained.

4. Award Categories & Rewards
Categories may be merged, split, or discontinued based on quality or volume of entries. If no eligible nomination is found in a category, the award may be withheld. The number or nature of awards may be revised at the sole discretion of the Awards Management.

5. Eligibility & Disqualification
Nominations that do not meet the eligibility criteria or submission requirements will be disqualified. Misrepresentation of information will lead to immediate disqualification without refund.

6. Non-Refundable Nomination Fee
The nomination fee is non-refundable, irrespective of the outcome of the evaluation process.

7. Disputes & Clarifications
It is the participant’s responsibility to seek clarification on any aspect of the nomination process prior to submission. Disputes raised post-submission will not be considered.

8. Additional Terms
All decisions by the Awards Management and Jury are final, non-contestable, and binding on all applicants.
